Please help Ms. Kruska in her fight against the illegal online activities of Perverted Justice Foundation Inc., This group is NOT a "stand up" citizens organization that many may think they are as you will see below.

In January of 2008 Ms. Kruska, a wife and mother of four filed a multi-count website in Federal Court after she was wrongfully targeted by members of Perverted Justice Foundation Inc., (PJFI). Ms. Kruska was targeted simply for running this website which sheds light on some lesser known facts as well as dispelling some of the myths surrounding issues of sexual offending. 

Ms. Kruska purposely operated under a pseudonym or "pen name" to protect both hers and her family's identity from people such as Perverted Justice who have distorted the facts and outright lied about Ms. Kruska, profiling her all across the internet as a pedophile, pro-pedophlie activist, and convicted child molestor among other things which are and were completely false.

According to Corrupted-Justice.com Perverted Justice has wrongfully, heinously and illegally targeted in excess of 4,600 people across the country. Many who simply shared a name similar to someone Perverted Justice was attempting to smear and destroy. Many were cases of mistaken identity but no apologies were made to those wrongfully targetd and the damage done to families and reputations, irreperable. This group of individuals, incorporated in the state of California and which has been granted a 501(c) non for profit status, cannot and should not be allowed to get away with their grotesquely illegal activities.

Ms. Kruska filed her lawsuit pro se (self representing) in Arizona Federal Court for The District of Arizona (CIV08-00054-PHX-SMM). Even though Ms. Kruska has been diligent in collecting evidence and has cleared major legal hurdles as to jurisdiction even when faced with Perverted Justice's numerous and constantly changing high powered attorneys. Their law firm is the top law firm in the Nation and has held that title for many years. 

The judge in her case, Stephen M. McNamee has made some significant errors -as a matter of law, which resulted in the dismissal of all counts - with the exception of copyright infringement, as to Perverted Justice Foundation, Inc. Judge McNamee's decision is wholly appealable according to both law and in the opinion of licensed attorneys who have reviewed the decision.

Ms. Kruska will be appealing and is preparing to appeal the erroneos decision (as a matter of law) to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. It is Ms. Kruska's mission to see to it that justice is served not only for her and her family, but for the thousands of other individuals and families that this group has wrongfully targeted by sending a clear message to Perverted Justice that their "under the radar" online activities cannot and will not be tolerated. Many of the innocent people attacked by Perverted Justice lack the financial means and/or legal ability to fight these individuals in a court of law.

It is time that someone held their feet to the fire and forced them to be accountable for these lesser known actions. That someone is Ms. Kruska.

As for the groups online "Sting" Operations, we at operationawareness.com feel that such things are best carried out by legally qualified and trained law enforcement officials to secure actual convictions rather than charges that simply serve as fodder for Perverted Justice's online antics. It is a proven fact that Perverted Justice's actual conviction rate remains very low. More of their cases have been dismissed than have resulted in actual convictions. This prevents nothing and helps no one.

Innacuracies, missing and/or altered chat logs and hard drives, and evidence not being properly preserved are just some of the reasons that Perverted Justice's internet "stings" fail and when this happens, courts have no choice but to dismiss the cases.
