WILL THE REAL "PREDATOR" PLEASE STAND UP

Recently the owner of this website became the target of an online attack by a band of vigilantes who claim to be “pedo-hunters.” Headed by the Master Baiter himself - Mr. Xavier Von Erck and his roomate Phoebus Apollo aka (Phoebus and Butthead) of Perverted Justice.
They have showcased the operationawarenes.com owner Jan Kruska on their absolutezerounited blogspot and corporatesexoffenders.com in an attempt to discredit her and the messages this website presents. They have done a very poor job and are so frustrated that they have resorted to name calling, blatantly lying, manufacturing evidence and slandering Ms. Kruska with obscenities which will not be repeated here. They have devoted more time to trying to slander her and this website than anyone else they've "profiled", digging their brains out and coming up empty handed. Their feeble attempts will stand as the epitome of their failures to discredit a law abiding citizen via cyber-bullying and cyber-terrorism.
Since they can find nothing of any real value to dig up on Ms. Kruska and lack any viable or rational arguments as to what she and this website do represent (not what they proclaim we do), they have resorted to this.
This group of vigilantes is tied in with the infamous and deeply troubled perverted justice and NBC Dateline. So far, they have threatened Ms. Kruska with the following which has been carefully documented:
- That they know where I live
- That I should be afraid
- That I am in for a big surprise
- That they aren’t done with me yet.
- They are also hinting around at hacking my site and computer which are also crimes, in addition to what they have already done.
- That if I don’t stop “spewing” things are going to get worse for me.
- That they are going to show me what a good old fashioned ass-whooping is all about, and that they might be watching me from my back yard. (courtesy of fiestycountrygirl aka fiestycg)
According to the perverted justice watchdog group corrupted-justice.com, this is very typical of what this organization does. To date is estimated that they have viciously attacked over 2,300 people in the way they are doing to me now. ALL were innocent of any wrongdoing. They either shared a name similar to someone who was accused of a crime or they were outspoken against perverted justice and/or current sex offender policies.
FALSE ACCUSATIONS they have made against me so far:
1. That I have been convicted of child molestation in Massachusetts
2. That I am "pedophile and pro-pedophilia. Note: Anyone with any reading comprehension skills whatsoever can clearly see that I am not an advocate for pedophiles or pedophilia. Nowhere do I advocate for-or condone adults having sex with children, yet they have likened me to the infamous NAMBLA and have repeatedly called me a pedophile publicly.
3. That I am a "boy-lover"
4. That I have a MySpace account where I portray myself as a 17 year old and have been trying to lure minors. Note: In actuality They have created this MySpace account and are now additionally guilty of identity theft.
They are a very nasty and highly misguided group of people. The chronicling of their attacks on me for speaking out against poorly written laws and bad public policy regarding sexual offenses makes an outstanding case for the illegal misuse of the registry itself, as well as how people can and do illegally and blatantly use this information to threaten, intimidate, and harass anyone on the registry or associated with anyone that is. This is the fallout from the climate of hatred that our government has created by lumping everyone convicted of a sex offense under the child molester label.
Their web pages and youtube videos are heavily laden with graphic violence and hate speech. They see no distinction between teens having consensual sex and a 40 year old having sex with a three year old. They believe ALL should be punished equally, regardless of the crime and/or circumstances. That is where I strongly disagree.
Incidentally, they and their affiliates- pervertedjustice.com, promote Mark Lunsford's website openly even though several law enforcement investigators admitted to finding child pornography on his home computer and even though his son Joshua is currently on sex offender probation for two incidents involving a 14 year old girl in Clark County Ohio. A clear indication that they are obviously NOT as "anti-pedo" as they'd have the general public believe.
