Operationawareness.com in association with a handfull of other dedicated Americans from accross the country have joined together to create the Families In Social Crisis Legal Defense Fund.

The organization is officially a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization with the IRS which means ALL donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE!

WHY SHOULD YOU DONATE TO THE FAMILIES IN SOCIAL CRISIS LEGAL DEFENSE FUND?

Here is a little history for you to consider:

TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION

How did the American colonists feel when they first came to the 13 original American colonies? What changed as they built up their towns and cities? One of the key issues leading up to the American Revolution had to do with the taxes American colonists paid to the government across the sea in England. The English felt that the colonists should pay taxes because the English government was providing services that the colonists would otherwise have had to do without. The Americans felt the taxes were unfair because they were being imposed by a government in which the colonists had no "voice."

Many of today's families are in severe social upheaval due to the incessant passing of unconstitutional laws being applied retroactively. Laws which force many people into isolation, homelessness, joblessness, and hopelessness.

 Alone, most families and individuals are not in a financial position to fight back and lawmakers know this - indeed they count on it. No one in congress and no state legislatures are currently carrying a voice for individuals known as "registered sex offenders" and their families. Thus, there is no representation.

Until the creation of this non-for profit legal defense fund, these individuals and families are still being taxed- ultimately financing their own maltreatment and oppression. Individuals and families  have had no say in what their government does with their tax money. In fact it is these same tax dollars that are being used to create and enable the ongoing oppression, potentially illegal lobbying and unconstitutional laws (which are based on emotion and propaganda- NOT FACT) which subject individuals and families to ongoing maltreatment and abuse by the government.

By donating to Families In Social Crisis Legal Defense Fund you and your loved ones WILL get a voice. You will no longer be forced to financially facilitate retro- active laws, government propaganda and laws designed to punish former offenders who have already paid their debt to society and their family members.

Everyone has to pay taxes - but by donating to us whatever amount you give will be that much less you have to pay the government. The government that is NOT on your side or even the side of the children whom they repeatedly claim they are protecting.

With every donation no matter how large or small you will receive a receipt for tax deductible purposes. This is your opportunity to fight back and help facilitate change for the betterment of all of society and help put a halt to abuses of power by those in authority. We seek to help facilitate legal action combatting collective punishment versus individual accoutability.

We will not be able to help facilitate all legal actions. However, with careful selection of cases by our panel we will financially help to support  cases that are deemed to have the greatest chances of winning against the most egregious of laws and sentences. Cases which will have the greatest impact on as many people as possible are given top priority. Remember- a win for one is a win for all.

We are a national organization of American families and community members dedicated to providing financial assistance to legal professionals. Our goal is support of litigation related to registered former s-e-x offenders, their family members, and their circle of associations focusing on public safety for all.

Our organization can have a positive and far-reaching effect, and its effectiveness must rely heavily on private financial support, donations and contributions from its members and concerned others.

We are here to ensure equal protection of the law for the most underrepresented class of people in The United States of America. Today's civil regulatory laws concerning registered former s-e-x offenders affect far more than those required to register under them. Laws such as residency restrictions, homelessness, joblessness, CPS issues etc.

Our organization will fill the gap between the unbalanced application of laws created by collective legislation and explore any potentially (Illegally) funded government lobbying activities.

Families in Social Crisis Legal Defense Fund's focus is to combat the evils of collective punishment under the guise of public safety. Public Safety is achieved when everyone in the community is safe not just those considered acceptable by the media or public officials.

Equal protection is achieved only when it is applied to everyone. Factoids and sound bytes do not make the community safe, laws applied equally make safe communities. We collaborate with like-minded organizations that promote individual accountability rather than collective responsibility.

Families In Social Crisis is a 501 (c) (3) Non- profit Organization. All donations are fully tax deductible.

Have a say in where and how your tax dollars are being spent. It can be spent faciliatiting and funding ill thought out retroactive laws and collective forms of  punishment, or it can be spent giving you and your family a voice and a chance to make positive change for the betterment of your families and of all of society.
